MEET YOUR MENTOR
Hi, I’m Hilary.
I’ve been in your shoes.
I bring 20 years in the health and wellness space, with experience working with corporate clients including Nike, Expedia, Microsoft, The Gates Foundation, lululemon and more, as well as some of the country’s leading boutique yoga and fitness studios.
As the current Director of Operations at Be Yoga, I oversee a mid-sized business with multiple locations and have opened multiple studios. I’ve experienced studio life from every angle: teaching full time, managing a team and overseeing operations across locations.
I understand what happens in the classroom, at the front desk and behind the scenes. Together, we’ll connect the member experience with the people, systems and decisions that keep your business moving.
Outside the studio, I help run a household with five kids. Full calendars, competing priorities and a lot of moving parts? Familiar territory. That experience shapes my approach: practical systems, clear communication and room for a full life beyond the business.

Before we begin.
Do I need to have an open studio already?
No. The New Moon session is a great place to explore an idea, while Waxing Moon Launch Mentorship supports the work leading up to opening day. Existing studios can choose ongoing mentorship or an intensive.
Can we work on one specific challenge?
Yes. The 90-minute New Moon Strategy Session gives us a focused space to explore one challenge and identify your next steps.
What does on-site training include?
We’ll tailor the priorities to your team, whether that means member connection, sales conversion, communication, leadership or daily operations. Duration and pricing are quoted individually. Travel and lodging are covered by the client and agreed in advance.
